Singapore Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery on all domestic orders — always.
Each of our pieces is thoughtfully made to order, so we kindly ask for 2–3 weeks from your order date for delivery. This allows us to ensure every pendant is crafted just for you, with the care and detail it deserves.
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the next working day.
Kindly note that during peak or festive periods, slight delays may occur. We’ll always keep you updated by email if so.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, and are working closely with trusted partners to ensure your keepsake arrives safely.
All our products are custom-made upon order, so please allow for a 2-3 week processing time before your parcel ships. Once dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on destination and method selected.
We’ll email you your tracking number once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international orders are shipped from Singapore. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you choose not to pay these fees and the item is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost only, less any return or handling charges imposed by shipping or customs agencies.
